For the UKRI-funded GENERATE project, “Gender, Generation and Climate Change (GENERATE): Creative Approaches to Building Inclusive and Climate Resilient Cities in Uganda and Indonesia,” headed by Dr. Katie McQuaid, the School of Geography at the University of Leeds is currently looking for a PhD candidate to carry out a PhD. The gender, age, and urban climate change interface is explored in GENERATE.
Although you will spend up to 9 months conducting ethnographic fieldwork in the Global South, the PhD student will be based in the School of Geography at the University of Leeds.
