According To Serie A giants might table a bid for FC Barcelona defender Jordi Alba this summer as it emerged that his club is willing to offload him.
Sport reports that Barca is in the process of a proper overhaul and will be willing to sell the Spanish left-back with Inter willing to bring the player at San Siro; the club’s aim is in ensuring that they do away with some of their veteran players.
Apart from Alba, it has been reported that the club will renegotiate the contract of some of their older players that include Gerard Pique and Sergio Busquets with Lionel Messi’s contract renewal still unresolved.
Barcelona president Joan Laporta has been tasked with reversing a frightening economic crisis, as well as building a competitive squad for the season to follow with the club having already made some proper signings.
