To start, we will support debit or credit cards from Banco do Brasil, Nubank, and Sicredi on the Visa and Mastercard networks -and we are working with Cielo, the leading payments processor in Brazil. We have built an open model to welcome more partners in the future”

How to Setup WhatsApp Digital payments Method

Let me show you setup, send or receive money using WhatsApp digital payment. Before you can use the whatsapp payment, you must be at least 18 years and in possession of debit or credit card and currently transacting not from WhatsApp web or WhatsApp desktop and have set up and verified Facebook Pay.

To set up Facebook Pay, goto More options > WhatsApp Settings > tap Payments > Facebook Pay > CONTINUE.

Create a 6-digit Facebook Pay PIN.

Confirm your Facebook Pay PIN by entering it again > tap NEXT.

To use your fingerprint instead of manually entering your PIN, tap USE FINGERPRINT. Otherwise, tap Skip to manually enter your PIN.

Enter your full legal first and last name and your CPF > tap Next .

 Then add you credit or debit card information such as Name, card number, Expiring date, CVV.

Once that is done, you are ready to start sending or receiving money directly on your WhatsApp chat.
